Med-Tex Services, Inc. Presents “Active Shooter Training” to City of Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Staff

On Friday, April 7th, 2017, Med-Tex Services was invited to provide Active Shooter Training to the City of Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Staff of approximately 175 staff / management. Commissioner, Kathryn Ott Lovell and Keith Freeman, Director of Safety Operations were on hand to kick off the annual seasonal training. Staff from the City’s various recreation centers and parks were invited to attend the training. This Active Shooter training is an awareness level training which provides the basics of Run, Hide, Fight principals for active shooter / assailant events.
