Med-Tex Conducts Site Safety at Temple University View II Project

The View II project is a $199 million student housing development project at Temple University in Philadelphia. Our Med-Tex site safety professionals are at the location conducting site safety during this crane lift of mechanical equipment from ground to the rooftop.
Project Development
The development of this project includes two buildings that total 471,000 square feet. This building will have a total of 384 units and 984 beds to house students of the university. View II will also have space on the ground floor for restaurants and other student facilities. The View II project is set to be completed by next summer.
